• White was declared the winner on Survivor Samoa 19 on December 20, 2009. Natalie won the contest in a 5-4 vote over Russell Hantz.

• Hantz was harsh in his criticism of White. "I don't think she deserves it. That's my opinion," he said. "I don't think the world thinks she deserves it, because she didn't even get in the top three for fan favorite.
