Lawsuit
Maines is being sued by a Arkansas man in December 2008 who claims that the singers' continuous insinuations that he was involved in his 8-year-old stepson's murder, along with two other boys in 1993, has caused him to suffer a loss of income and reputation. The man, Terry Hobbs, was never charged or implicated in the murders.TMZ: Maines Sued for Loud Mouth (December 5, 2008)George Bush Controversy
