Plot Summary
Madame M, a mysterious and powerful crime boss, kidnaps 40 adolescent girls with the intention of turning them into world class assassins. After years of training the group of 40 had been whittled down to three. While they are out on a mission in Hong Kong, a CIA agent meets up with them and convinces them he will help liberate them by killing Madam M.
