Legal Issues
In 2004, the rapper was sentenced to six years in prison on charges of sexual battery and extortion and was later convicted of misdemeanor tax returns but was released from custody on the tax convictions on January 11, 2007. He remains in custody on the 6-year sentence for the Louisiana state felony convictions.
