Legalized Prostitution in Nevada
Prostitution is legal but carefully legislated in 10 counties in Nevada, not including Las Vegas, Reno, or Carson City. According to Nevada statute, a business located in a county with a population less than 400,000 may petition to open a legal house of prostitution.
