The Muppets are a wildly popular group of puppet characters created by Jim Henson. They have appeared in numerous TV specials, theater productions and films. - "Kermit the Frog": A simple, green-frog and star of The Muppet Show and several othe Henson productions
- "Miss Piggy": A strong-willed pig with dreams of stardom and an undying love for her "Kermy".
- "Fozzie Bear": An orange, fuzzy bear, Fozzie is the Muppet's resident comedian. After telling one of his notoriously bad jokes, Fozzie often exclaims "Wocka, wocka, wocka!"
- "Gonzo": Also known as "Gonzo the Great," Gonzo is the daredevil performance artist of the Muppets. Gonzos species has never been formally defined and he has been labeled a "Whatever," a "Wierdo" and an "Alien."
- "Animal": The uninhibited drummer of The Electric Mayhem, Animal has three musical styles: loud, louder and deafening.
- "Statler and Waldorf": Two unforgiving critics who occupy the stage left balcony box in the Muppet Theater. Statler and Waldorf spend the majority of their time heckling every aspect of the show.
