MSNBC Twitter Hacked

- Date: November 6, 2009
- Unofficial Twitter account for @MSNBCheadlines was hacked
- Hacker sent out profane messages
- Also called out politicians and MSNBC staff including Barack Obama, Don Imus, Rachel Maddow and others
- Account had over 2,200 followers at the time
- Account was suspended for strange activity after 30 minutes of offensive messages

An unofficial Twitter account for MSNBC Headlines (@MSNBCHeadlines) was hacked on the afternoon of November 6, 2009. The hacker posted numerous Tweets containing profanity and calling out politicians and MSNBC staff members.
After about 30 minutes, the account was suspended for strange activity.
