Mountain Dew is a caffeinated soda with a citrus flavor produced by PepsiCo. Mountain Dew is a popular drink and is used to mix with alcohol and also in some recipes.
Mountain Dew Cake
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
- 1 10 oz. Mountain Dew
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
- 2 tbsp. heaping flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 stick butter
Mix yellow cake mix, instant coconut cream pudding, Mountain Dew, eggs and oil and put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then cool.
Frosting
Mix crushed pineapple and flour in saucepan and cook until thick then add 1 cup coconut and 1 stick butter. Cook until ready to spread consistency and frost cake.
