• Mountain Dew Cake

  1. 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  2. 1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
  3. 1 10 oz. Mountain Dew
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 2/3 c. oil
  6. 1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
  7. 2 tbsp. heaping flour
  8. 1 c. coconut
  9. 1 stick butter

  Mix yellow cake mix, instant coconut cream pudding, Mountain Dew, eggs and oil and put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then cool.

• Frosting

  Mix crushed pineapple and flour in saucepan and cook until thick then add 1 cup coconut and 1 stick butter. Cook until ready to spread consistency and frost cake.
