2011 Motorola Xoom Android Tablet Super Bowl Commercial
While Motorola put actress Megan Fox in a bubble bath for a 2010 Super Bowl ad; the tech company's 2011 Super Bowl commercial piches its Xoom tablet and takes a jab at Apple—sans bubble bath. The commercial promotes the Xoom tablet through its portrayal of a world where only the Motorola tablet computer user stands out from the crowd.

Motorola Xoom Android Tablet Super Bowl Commercial
The above video is the full version of Motorola's full 2011 Super Bowl commercial. The scene starts with a man standing on a subway platform. He is not dressed like the others surrounding him, who wear white pants, shoes, headphones and hooded sweatshirts. The man is reading the book 1984 by George Orwell on a tablet computer.
He switches from the book to another screen and performs a search for a florist. He discovers that he is walking in the wrong direction and heads up a staircase where the people surrounding him are walking down. He returns in the next scene with flowers and enters an elevator. In front of him is a female who is dressed in white like the others.
Unable to hand the flowers to her in person, the man uses the tablet computer to photograph the flowers. He then types on the computer. Shortly thereafter, the woman from the elevator receives a message on her computer. In it, an animated male stick figure hands flowers to the animated female stick figure. She looks up, sees the man who sent them to her, and she pulls the earplugs from her ears. The commercial ends with the product's tagline "The tablet to create a better world."

Motorola Xoom Android Tablet Super Bowl Commercial
The above video serves as a teaser for Motorola's full 2011 Super Bowl Commercial. While short, the viewer is left intrigued as to what will happen with the two characters involved.
The scene starts with a man standing on a subway platform using, and flipping through, what appears to be a tablet computer. The device looks remarkably similar to an Apple iPad, however the viewer is unaware of the brand at this point in the commercial.
Before embarking on a subway train that pulls up to the platform, the man performs a search for nearby florists. He walks up the stairs, surrounded by the people in white, and returns in the next scene with flowers. He enters the subways car, and we see the camera cut to a female face.
The female is dressed as the others - in all white - and is listening to music through white earbud headphones. We see the camera cut between the girl and the man, who stands holding the flowers, and then the ad ends.
