The prestige line of Motorola cellular phones is the Motorola RAZR V3 line. AT&T; is the major carrier for the device, although it is also available for use on T-Mobile, Metro PCS and Verizon Wireless. The battery life allows for 200 minutes of continuous talk time.
Multimedia Uses
The integrated video player suppports MPEG4, H.263 and WMV formats, allowing users to view a wide variety of videos on their handset. The music player supports MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA formats.
Slicing into the market
With a flurry of marketing and promotion behind it, the RAZR V3, and its subsequent models over several platforms, became the "it cell phone" because of its sleek look. There were several designer versions of the phone from the Matte Black version that debuted at the 2005 Academy Awards to the Hot Pink versions and even a Miami Ink version. In 2007, Motorola unveiled the follow-up version, the Motorola RAZR 2.
