About MK vs. DC
There are 22 playable characters in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, 11 from the DC universe and 11 from the Mortal Kombat realm. Each character has a finishing move in the form of either a fatality or a brutality, the non-fatal version. The finishing moves are not as gory or violent as previous games in the MK series, due to the need to meet the requirements for a Teen rating.
