Strengths

Deathstroke's gun projectile is the fastest in the game, and it can be turned into a pro move to get a couple more shots off. He can also change into a weapon stance with his sword, which allows him to do some consistently quick and fluid attacks to opponents. His flash bomb are also very powerful.
Weaknesses

He isn't a very easy character to get the hang of. Once players learn how to user him, he can be one of the best characters in the game. But if players haven't studied his moves, then he can seem like a waste of time.
