In a video entitled Morning Coffee With Mr. Unstable, a Xenia, Ohio Burger King employee decided to treat himself to a bubble bath in one of the large sinks in the restaurant for his birthday. Posted on MySpace, the video shows a young man joking and laughing with other employees as well as with the store manager while he is taking a naked bubble bath in a stainless steel sink.
Eventually, the video came to the attention of Mark McDonnell, the Greene County, Ohio Health Commissioner. McDonnell immediately sent staff members to investigate the health code violations. After the incident, the sink was sanitized twice, all the utensils were disposed and all the employees involved were fired.

- "Burger King Corp. was just notified of this incident and is cooperating fully with the health department. We have sanitized the sink and have disposed of all other kitchen tools and utensils that were used during the incident.
- We have also taken appropriate corrective action on the employees that were involved in this video. Additionally, the remaining staff at this restaurant is being retrained in health and sanitation procedures."—Burger King spokesperson Denise Wilson in a statement sent to 2News WDTN Dayton, Ohio
