  • Morcheeba is a British trip-hop band that achieved international crossover success with the 2000 single "Rome Wasn't Built in a Day." The band was formed in the mid-90s by brothers Paul and Ross Godfrey. The duo recruited vocalist Skye Edwards to the group, and the trio recorded five albums together before parting ways.

The brothers retained the "Morcheeba" entity and recorded their 2005 album The Antidote with vocalist Daisy Martey and 2008's Dive Deep with a roster of guest vocalists including Judie Tzuke, Thomas Dybdahl, Cool Calm Pete and the band Nemesea.
