• Synopsis

  Santaville is almost bankrupt, and it is just a few short days before Christmas. A real estate developer is interested in the property for a shopping mall, but widower Nick tries to save the business. His workaholic daughter Holly lives miles away and refuses to visit at Christmas time.

  The film explores the father-daughter dynamic and the Christmas spirit in a small Vermont town.
