Montreal Restaurants

Montreal is the second largest city in the Canadian province of Quebec and the second largest in the country. It's large size brings a wide array of restaurants and cuisine choices for tourist and residents alike.

Fine Dining

There are many well-rated luxury dining choices in Montreal, but the ones that stands out the most is Toque!. The chef serves up a "French Contemporary" cuisine, using local, fresh ingredients at a price a bit higher then most. Be sure to call ahead for a reservation because the Toque! is a well-rated hot spot for dinner and books up fast.

Affordable Dining

Affordable restaurants are just as easily accessible then high-priced ones in Montreal. Schwartz's Delicatessen is a Jewish deli that serves up a "heaping" portion of "the best smoked meat" on rye bread. The restaurant itself is lacking in decor, but the food more then makes up for it. It's been said that on most days every seat is full and the line is out the door.
