Monique Lhuillier is a Filipino born fashion designer known for her wedding gown designs as well as her evening wear collections. Her company was founded with her husband, Tom Bugbee in 1996 after she had trouble finding her own wedding gown and was inspired to create a new line of couture dresses.

Lhuillier's New Look
In 2007 Lhuillier launched a dress line during New York Fashion Week where she introduced a new collection of candy colored frocks detailed with ruffles, bows, and pleats.
