Civil Suit Against Chris Rock
In February 2009, the civil suit Zsibrita filed against Rock, Pellicano and three police supervisors, was made public. Zsibrita said that her side of the story has never been heard and that she is now portrayed as a "gold digger." She alleges she was raped by Rock but waited to file a complaint because she was embarrassed.
