Keena began her career appearing in several television and movie projects. She appeared in the While You Were Sleeping with Sandra Bullock. Keena then starred as the main heroine of Freddy vs. Jason in 2003.Keena had a recurring role on Dawson's Creek playing Abby Morgan, as well as a starring role on Undeclared a series which was short lived. Keena has also appeared on Law and Order, Entourage, and Grey's Anatomy.
