Money Talks is a 1997 action/comedy film starring Chris Tucker, Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear. While in jail for a petty offense, Franklin Hatchett (Tucker's character) is accidentally dragged along as a high powered criminal broken out. When the criminals attempt to kill Hatchett he manages to escape, but not before he overhears the location of a stash of diamonds. He teams up with recently fired James Russell (played by Sheen), who was the original reason Hatchett spent time in jail. The two set out to clear Hatchett's name, get Russell's job back and if possible get to the criminal's stash of diamonds.
