  • On May 22, 2008, MOM Enterprises Inc. issued a recall of its Mommy's Bliss Nipple Cream. The company maintains that it has reformulated the product, creating "a new nipple cream with premium ingredients to the market & reviewed by a toxicologist and quality assurance team for safety and effectiveness."     The cream had been marketed to nurses, new mothers, and Pregnant women. The FDA said it was particularly concerned about nursing mothers who use the cream and also the possible effects of the two ingredients combining. Customers were advised to discontinue use of the product immediately. People who believe they have experienced problems related to the use of the cream are advised to contact their doctors and/or the FDA.
