On February 17, 2009, officials stated that Al-Fayed will not face sexual assault charges related to allegations surrounding a teen age girl. According to previous reports, a 15-year-old girl was kissed by Al-Fayed in his London store. Son's Death
Mohamed Al-Fayed's son, Dodi Al-Fayed, was romantically involved with Princess Diana. The couple were killed in a fatal car crash in Paris, France on August 31, 1997.
