The Playboy mansion is the destination in the road-trip comedy Miss March. The film stars and is written and directed by Trevor Moore and Zach Cregger, of the comedy troupe Whitest Kids U Know.
The movie, which includes a cameo of Hugh Hefner, premiered in limited U.S. theaters on March 13, 2009.

Synopsis
Eugene Bell is smacked awake, by his best friend Tucker Cleigh, from a four-year coma, that occurred after he took a fall down a flight of stairs. During those four years, his girlfriend left town to become a Playboy centerfold. When he awakens from the coma, Bell and Cleigh set off on a road trip to the Playboy mansion, in search of her.
