Mirrors Edge DLC

The first downloadable content, or DLC, for the action game Mirror's Edge was released on February 19, 2009, for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

DLC for Mirror's Edge was originally announced in December 2008 and will be released in February 2009. The DLC consists of nine time-trial races, which take place in seven completely new maps. Players strive to find the fastest route through the maps. They can then upload their best times to the leaderboards and compete against their friends. There is an option to have the friend appear as a ghost player during the race.

The Mirror's Edge DLC pack, which is titled the Pure Time Trial Map Pack, will be available on both the PS3 and Xbox 360 in February, though a free, exclusive map, called Synethesia was released on the PS3 on January 29.

Mirror's Edge is an action game whose gameplay is based on the extreme sport known as parkour. The game's main character, Faith, uses parkour to traverse the city and privately deliver messages in a world ruled by a totalitarian government.
