  • About the Game

    Mirror's Edge is developed by Digital Illusions CE (DICE), an internal development studio owned by EA Games. The game takes place from the perspective of Faith, who works as an illegal courier. Orphaned as a child after her parents were tragically killed during a mass protest against the government, she struggled to survive on the streets until she was eventually taken in by a man named Mercury who caught her breaking into his office. Impressed with Faith’s natural abilities, he took her under his wing and trained her to become a runner.

    Due to the fact that the government now carefully monitors most traditional forms of communication, the only way to ensure discreetness is by handing off messages to runners, who personally transport them to the recipient or another runner. In a sudden turn of events, Faith finds herself pursued by the government. She must now evade capture while attempting to locate her missing sister.
