A complaint was filed against county singer Miranda Lambert who allegedly shoved a fan, Aisha Esbay, a couple of times for wanting to get a picture with the singer. The alleged incident took place on April 19, 2008 at the Bootleggers night club in Texas. Lambert made an appearance at the club for a CD release party for singer Adam Hood. If the charge is true, the singer could face a Class C misdemeanor.
