Milton Dial is a former senior executive of the Minerals Management Service. Dial is one of multiple U.S. Department of the Interior employees under investigation for ethical violations. Dial was allegedly involved with a private energy consulting firm founded by Jimmy W. Mayberry, which would be a clear conflict-of-interest with his former federal executive occupation.
