Milo Ventimiglia's acting debut came in the mid-'90s as a bit part in the Will Smith television show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. In 2001, he joined the cast of Gilmore Girls as Jess Mariano. When the series ended, Ventimiglia went on to play the super-powered Peter Petrelli on the NBC series Heroes.
