Miley Sized Suprise is a New Years Eve special where Miley Cyrus from Hannah Montana went to the home of one lucky fan and broadcast a special countdown to midnight. The fan picked was teen Alison Kaprielian, whose devotion to the Pink Ribbon Club to cure breast cancer led the way for her victory. The fan of the show will be revealed as Miley Cyrus descends on their doorstep. It will be someone civic minded who spent the year helping or volunteering. The winner will receive gifts, special performances and more. The pop star will broadcast her performance from the winner's bedroom. What Happened to the Bedroom?

On the day of the show, it was announced the special concert would take place at the gymnasium of Beckman High School, located in Irvine, California. Cyrus met up with Alison Kaprielian, the winning fan, at her home then went to the gym to record and prepare for the live show.
