"Come After Me! I'm a Man"

In the fall of 2007, in reaction to a local newspaper report critizing the toughness and dedication of one of the Cowboy players, Gundy held a brief news conference. During the 3 1/2 minute diatribe, Gundy railed about the lack of respect shown in the article, and then proceeded to challenge the writer to, "...come after me! I'm a man, I'm 40, I'm not some kid..." The video of the conference became an internet sensation with over 1,000,000 hits on YouTube within 48 hours.
