The Midwest Regional Finals is one of four Elite Eight games and is the final game of the Midwest Region Bracket of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. The winner of the game continues on to play in the Final Four.
The 2009 Midwest Regional Finals game was held on March 29, 2009, at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The top-seeded Louisville Cardinals fell to the Michigan State Spartans 64-52.
