  • Microsoft Office Outlook® 2007 provides solutions for managing time, information, interconnecting with associates and keeping control of your information. Used primarily with Microsoft Exchange server, Outlook holds a majority share of the corporate email market. While web based mail has increased in popularity recently, the Outlook email client is still used by many home users as well. The software supports several email protocals including POP3, IMAP and some web based email services. Microsoft Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office family of products which also includes Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access. Microsoft includes a lighter version of Outlook called Microsoft Outlook Express, this version is shipped free with most versions of its operating system Microsoft Windows.
