On March 1, 2009, Nogami and Marshall was arrested after allegedly fighting with Nogami outside his Atlanta home. Both parties were charged with disorderly conduct, but the charges were later dropped.The Denver Post: Marshall Charges Dropped
Argument and Arrest
Marshall and Nogami were reportedly arguing at 4:30 a.m. local time outside Marshall's Atlanta home. Nogami attempted to walk away from the sitaution, at which point Marshall allegedly grabbed her by her shirt and pinned her against a wall. According to officers who witnessed the incident, Nogami then began kicking and punching Marshall.The Denver Post: Marshall Charges DroppedBoth declined medical treatment and were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. They each posted $300 bail and were released on March 2, 2009.
