College student Andria Ziegler was visiting her professor Michael Todd's home on the evening of April 20, 2008. She had been using cocaine and passed out on Todd's couch. Todd found her unconscious and barely breathing so he called 911.
Death and Investigation
Ziegler was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the hospital. Her autopsy confirmed that she died from an overdose of cocaine. Her death was ruled to be an accident and Todd will not face any charges.
