Michael Redd is a 6’6” shooting guard who plays for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks. Redd was born in Columbus, Ohio and attended West High School before accepting a scholarship to the Ohio State University. Redd played three seasons for the Ohio State Buckeyes and in 2000, he was selected with the 43rd pick in the NBA draft by the Bucks.
Redd's breakout season came in 2002. He finished second in voting for the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year Award to Bobby Jackson and also finished second in the league in three point percentage shooting for the season. In 2003, Redd was elected to his first NBA All-Star Game, and in 2006, he was named to the United States Olympic basketball team.

Michael Redd 2010 Playoffs
Michael Redd tore his ACL in January of 2010 and he was shut down for the season. He did not appear in any playoff games for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Michael Redd 2009/10 Season
Coming off a shortened season thanks to a serious knee injury Redd was looking to bounce back for the Milwaukee Bucks but injuries again derailed his season and Redd appeared in just 18 games, while starting just 12.

Michael Redd 2008/09 Season
The 2008/09 season was Michael Redd’s ninth year with the Milwaukee Bucks. When he was healthy, Redd played in 33 games, starting 32 of them. Averaging over 36 minutes a game, Redd scored 21.2 points per game and hauled down 3.2 rebounds per contest. 2008/09 was the sixth straight season in which Redd averaged over 20 points per game.
