Actor Michael Landon played the role of Charles Ingalls on the long-running television show Little House on the Prairie. Later, he starred in the series Highway to Heaven. Landon died after a battle with pancreatic cancer, at the the age of 54, in 1991.
Landon's son, Mark Landon, was found dead in his West Hollywood home on May 11, 2009. Mark Landon was also an actor, he was 60 years old at the time of his death.
