A day after the death of pop idol Michael Jackson on June 25, 2009, Jackson's official site released a statement announcing that all customers who bought their tickets through official channels and websites such as Ticketmaster would receive a refund on their purchase for the singer's planned O2 concert series scheduled in London in the Summer and Fall of 2009.
