Career
In 1979, Jackson released the Quincy Jones-produced solo album Off the Wall, which included "Rock With You" and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" and sold millions of copies. Despite the smash hit status the album achieved, it still couldn't compare to the massive success of its follow up, 1982's Thriller. Thanks to a track list that included "Beat It," the title track (not to mention its accompanying video in which Jackson transforms into a zombie), and "Billie Jean." Thriller sold a staggering 27 million copies in the United States alone, spawned seven top 10 hits and became the best selling album of all time.Yahoo!
