Career
Michael Eric Dyson began his career in academics. He has held several teaching positions in such prestigious universities as DePaul and Brown. He has been a commentator on race, the effect of hip-hop music on children, and inner race relations. In 2006 Dyson hosted his own talk radio show on the Radio One network. His radio show ended in February 2007 and Dyson returned to academia. He currently teaches at Georgetown University.-
