Michael Curry most recently served as the head coach of the Detroit Pistons. Curry played for six different teams during his eleven seasons as a professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association, and was also the NBA Players Association President for four years.

Playing Career
Curry went undrafted after college and signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia 76ers. After retiring from professional basketball, Michael Curry became an assistant coach for the Pistons, working for head coach Flip Saunders.
