Michael Clarke Duncan is an American actor. He was born on December 10, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. He has a sister named Judy. His mother, Jean Duncan, was a single parent as Duncan's father left when he was young. Duncan dropped out of Alcorn State University to help support the family when his mother became ill. He worked at different Chicago clubs as a bouncer. He is six feet five inches tall and weighs 325 pounds.
Acting Career
Duncan was given the role of Bear in the film Armageddon in 1998. From there, he went on to play in the films A Night at the Roxbury, Breakfast of Champions, Underground Comedy Movie and The Green Mile. His more recent works include The Whole Nine Yards, Planet of the Apes, Daredevil, Racing Stripes, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, God of War II and Kung Fu Panda.
