Michael Chertoff was the second United States Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security under President George W. Bush.
Early Career
Chertoff made a name for himself prosecuting Mafia bosses in New York City in the mid-1980s. He also brought down "Crazy Eddie" Antar, head of the Crazy Eddie's chain of electronics stores, on racketeering and securities fraud charges.
