Guns of the Patriots has four classes of weapons: Primary, Secondary, Support, and the Knife. You can adjust which class of weapons you toggle to in the game options. It will be important to select the weapon skills that compliment the classes you've chosen in the game options.

Weapons
There are 63 weapons in the game. Some of the primary weapons featured are:- AK-102: carbine variant of the AK-101 similar in appearance to an AK-47
- FGM-148 Javelin: anti-tank guided missile launcher
- GP30: Russian made grenade launcher that can be fitted onto an AK-102
- M14 EBR: modified M14
- M4A1 (SOPMOD): automatic/semi-automatic rifle
- M60: machine gun
- M870: pump-action shotgun
- MK-2: rimfire tranquilizer pistol
- S.G. Mine: non-lethal alternative to the Claymore that dispenses sleeping gas
- SCAR: assault rifle preferred by PMC mercenaries
