  • Metal Gear Online (MGO) is an additional starter pack for MGS4 and will later be expanded by downloading content from PlayStation Network. This game will also eventually be released as a standalone game. MGO allows for up to 16 players to compete at a time. Players can upgrade certain skills and can hack and steal other players information such as the location of their allies. There are standard gameplay types such as Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Capture the Flag, but MGO also includes a stealth mission. There have been several people who have complained about the lack of stealth, besides the cardboard box, in online play. There are 5 starter maps included in the game and you can even play as Snake. An online beta is available to players who pre-order the game in April. This deal is only good in the US.
