  The world of MGS4 spans from the Middle East, South America, and Europe. There are also two secret locations with one of them being 'someplace you've wanted to visit for 20 years'. Currently, there are 5 online starter maps for online play in addition to the in-game locations. There is no list out yet that shows all of the in-game locations, however there are screens of the 5 starter maps for the online play.

  1. Ambush Alley
  2. Gronznyj Grad
  3. Midtown Maelstrom
  4. Urban Ultimatum
  5. Blood Bath

  There will be updates periodically for the online portion of the game in which new maps will be released.
