There are a number of different face camos in Guns of the Patriots. During the mission briefing in Act 1, at a certain point you can take manual control of the Mk. II. Move the Mk. II around manually and ram it into Campbell to unlock the Campbell face camo.

- Laughing Beauty - Defeat Laughing Octopus using non-lethal attacks
- Raiden A, Raiden B, Otacon - During the mission briefing in Act 3, shock Naomi, Sunny, and Otacon with the Mk.II
- Raging Beauty - Defeat Raging Beauty using non-lethal attacks
- Crying Beauty - Defeat Crying Beauty using non-lethal attacks
- Screaming Beauty- Defeat Screaming Beauty using non-lethal attacks
- FaceCamo - Defeat Laughing Octopus
- Young Snake - Begin the Eastern Europe level
- Young Snake with Bandanna - Begin the Eastern Europe level
- MGS1 - Start the Shadow Moses level
- Drebin - Obtain over 60 weapons
- Big Boss - Complete a perfect playthrough and obtain the Big Boss Emblem
