Metal Gear Solid 4 Altair Costume

The Altair Costume is one of several alternate costumes that Solid Snake can wear in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. It's one of two gifts received at the same time, the other being the Assassin Emblem. It was originally believed to be a joke, as information about the costume was first revealed on April 1, 2008, in a video. 1up: MGS4/Assassins Creed Mash-up (April 1, 2008) Many Web sites followed it with news, but making note that it was a possible April Fools Day joke. However, the costume was later confirmed by producers. In order to earn both the Altair Costume and the Assassin Emblem, you must beat the game at least one time. On the second attempt:

1. Have more than 50 knife kills or knife stuns
2. Have more than 50 CQC holds
3. Discover less than 25 items
