In November 2006 Vibe magazine featured a photo of women dressed as mermaids in a pool at a P. Diddy party. The photo was captioned "Mermaids Gone Wild." One of the women in the photo, Maria Dominguez, sued P. Diddy and Vibe for photographing her without permission.
