In Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, The People's Liberation Army of Venezuela (PLAV) is a rebel military faction that opposes the government of drug runner Ramon Solano, who took over the country in a military coup. As a mercenary, players can perform missions for the PLAV, which increase in difficulty and monetary rewards. Players can also purchase items from the PLAV store and have them airlifted to them.
